genedecSuite

genedecSuite is a unique, software-based tool to facilitate decision-making. genedecSuite was developed in more than a decade of practical use.

genedecSuite consists of the modules genedec Decision Engine (GDE) and SkillScout. The genedec Decision Engine (GDE) controls the entire process to facilitate decision-making. Each decision process occurs in an individual working environment, which is only accessible to the team members who are authorised for this process. This working environment also includes a process-internal communication forum. Completed decision processes are archived and can be subsequently searched for.

genedec Decision Engine (GDE)

The software module genedec SkillScout records the professional and specialist skills of the employees of a company or organisation in a special database. The hierarchical position doesn't play a role in this categorisation. This ensures that only the specialist skills play a role in selecting employees for decision processes. Via an individually adjustable workflow, a four-eye principle performs quality assurance for data entered in the skill database.

The module genedec Decision Engine (GDE) can be operated independently of the module SkillScout. SkillScout is an add-on module for GDE. The performance of genedecSuite can be considerably improved if GDE is used with SkillScout.

genedecSuite can be purchased as a single licence for a company or an organisation. Our licence model is based on the number of registered users ("named users"). genedecSuite is also available on our portal www.genedecsuite.com as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Access to the SaaS portal is activated for the number of acquired decision processes. The SaaS portal is particularly suitable for customers who want to test genedecSuite or who don't want to operate their own server. The SAAS variant is also ideal for use in cross-organisation teams.

To operate genedecSuite, you need a standard server that has been configured according to our instructions. User access can occur via any terminal device with an Internet browser. It is not necessary to install the client software. genedecSuite can thus generally be operated on net PCs or handheld devices with the right features (PDAs, Smartphones, etc.).
