Engineering graduate Richard Sattler

The graduate in Mechanical Engineering began his career constructing power stations and plants. This was followed by 14 years of tasks in operative and strategic management in American groups of companies. As a director in the sector of mechanical and plant engineering, he built a business field for the export of complete factory plants. During his two decades as a manager for an international group of companies, he significantly contributed to its growth in turnover and its sustainable international position. It was here that Richard Sattler became an expert in Asian markets, particularly those of India and China. He is a member of the executive committee of Deutsche Asia Pacific Gesellschaft e.V. (DAPG), Cologne.

Today, genedec is able to benefit from Richard Sattler's many years of management experience and his international contacts. The theoretical and empirical basics that make genedecSuite what it is today were gathered during the course of his career.

Regine Rosewich

The graduate in Business Management and Interpreting and Translation has been working as an IT and technology expert for many years. As an independent management consultant, she has worked on more than 50 projects: From the implementation of project management systems for mainframe computers, to the selection and introduction of complex systems of corporate data processing through to consulting in business and decision intelligence.

As a senior partner and specialist for technologies, she is involved in her own consulting company aurum Gesellschaft für Unternehmensberatung und Integration mbH and also a partner of ICD Institute of Creative Decision GmbH (www.creative-decision.de). For genedec, Regine Rosewich is the link between operative management and technology.

Dr Stefan Sattler

The Doctor of Physics began his career studying controlled nuclear fusion at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics. His doctoral thesis was awarded the Otto Hahn Medal of the Max Planck Society. He then switched to a technology consulting company before becoming self-employed with a business partner and opening his own consulting company. Certus Consulting GmbH (www.certus.de) specialises in telecommunications, Internet and media topics. Since its founding, Certus has successfully completed more than 250 projects for around 100 clients from Germany and abroad.

Parallel to the consulting company, a range of operative telecommunications holdings were developed, such as a mobile phone service provider and the DSL network operator celox Telekommunikationsdienste GmbH. Stefan Sattler was not only a partner at celox, but was also its operative manager for six years, before the company - following its successful development - was sold to the listed company QSC AG.

Stefan Sattler provides genedec with his extensive expertise in the field of high technology, as well as his varied experience in developing successful companies. As its managing director, he oversees the operations of genedec GmbH.
